Major function: Contract management Objective: Ensure that the claims under your responsibility are processed in a timely and accurate manner Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality of data and cla Major function: Contract management Objective: Ensure that the claims under your responsibility are processed in a timely and accurate manner Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality of data and claims processed - Ensure deadlines are met - Check and follow-up issues under your responsibility - Ensure that staff follow the company's strategy and internal procedures - Contribute to the development of the company's image, in particular among clients - Ensure that all communication remains confidential - Help to improve how the company operates - Manage the risks inherent in the job, and report potential or actual risks and problems within the company's various activities Tasks: Ensure the accuracy of the data and input in line with the company's procedures: - enter and check customer and member information on the database (new registrations, updates, terminations, etc.) - conduct investigations and searches for information when needed - help to file and archive documents and files - issue and process premium invoices - explain premium invoicing to clients - examine quotes, carry out in-depth analysis when needed Manage and validate payment of benefits: - check data regarding client memberships, contract conditions, and supporting document ask for further information when necessary - issue payment of benefits in line with the provisions of the contract - close files once processed Issue reimbursements to be paid to healthcare providers based on the treatment undergone by members Handle correspondence, telephone calls and all other communication with clients and other contacts (e.g. brokers, insurers, institutions, etc.), and other departments within the company, for matters under your responsibility: - send out contract-related documents (memberships, premiums, etc.) - receive and check documents - provide additional information when requested by clients and other parties (premiums, other details, etc.) Carry out various administrative tasks when needed. Contribute to the on-going improvement of the company's client services procedures suggest improvement possibilities and take part in work groups. Provide activity updates Report potential or actual risks for the company Results expected: - Deadlines met - Responses given upon first request (without the client needing to send a reminder) - Compliance with procedures - Proactivity - Clarity and traceability of information - Smoothness of internal relations - Relevance of alerts - Communication of all key information - Compliance with confidentiality issues
