About Our Client

• Our Client is one of the world's top global investment firm with offices around the globe. They provide their clients who are mainly institutional investors and private clients with customised investment solutions and help them grow their portfolios. They are looking for a Client Servicing Associate to join their ever growing team to be the main point of contact to deal with operational matters for both their clients and internal investment team

The key responsibilities of the Client Service Associate would be to:

• Provide operational support to both their investment team and clients on a day to day basis

• Smooth onboarding of clients while ensuring regulatory compliance both internally & externally

• Keying of trades and transactions into their trading system accurately and oversee the entire transaction lifecycle

• Be part of on-going operational projects with the investment team and provide support with regards to portfolio analysis and gathering information to help in some investment decisions

• Work closely with custodians and investment managers relating to individual portfolios such as making changes to performance reporting criteria or executing investment decisions

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related disciplines

• Well versed with portfolio related operations

• Knowledge of Hedge funds or Private equities is preferred

• Work well independently or with a team

• Project management skills

• Familiar with AML/KYC and due diligence in client onboarding

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other Microsoft office software

• Knowledge in Bloomberg or Factset preferred
