Rystad Energy is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Client Solutions Specialist to drive client adoption of our database and analytics products, by ensuring clients receive the training and resources needed to be successful.

Working closely with the product teams and end users, the Client Solutions Specialist will develop deep domain expertise in one of Rystad's solution groups and be conversant in building out workflow-focused use cases for clients. The position is responsible for the end-to-end learning and training process, from the development of training and learning material, to engaging clients to understand roles and workflows, to finally delivering high-impact trainings and supporting clients with their queries.

Targeting the global trading community, the Client Solutions Specialist role in Singapore will focus on Rystad Energy's Oil Trading Analysis Solution, and its adjacent Upstream and LNG solutions. Working in a global team, the individual must be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, be willing to collaborate across time-zones, and be able to travel across APAC (60%) and beyond (40%).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high impact workflow-focused training sessions to clients, at client events, and via webinars
• Develop training and learning material, for delivery to clients as well as for Rystad's learning center with continuous improvement on the material, ensuring relevance to key industry developments and client interests
• Assess overall engagement and training effectiveness
• Build and maintain network of key users and learning stakeholders
• Maintain engagement information in the CRM system
• Support the Commercial team's growth and new business needs
• Provide product feedback to product managers
• Ensure a timely and comprehensive response to client queries

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• 3-5 years' proven experience in training development and delivery
• Working knowledge and interest in the Energy/ Commodities/Trading space
• Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Bonus - Certificate in Training and Assessment
