Client Success Associate
to be the bridge between our clients and our team, making every interaction seamless and meaningful.What You'll Do
Check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Assist with onboarding, renewals and ongoing support Prepare client updates, reports and follow-up communications Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently Maintain accurate client data and activity records
What We're Looking For
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in any discipline Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, approachable and client-focused Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience in customer service, client support or account coordination is a plus
