Our team is dedicated to provide the highest quality representation for our talents/models and event manpower, and exceptional service and support to our clients.Clinic Assistant (Full Time - 1 Year Contract Renewable)Salary: SGD$2500 and above (nego)Location: Collyer Quay (Raffles MRT)Working day and time:Clinical days: 8.30am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri), 8 - 1pm (Sat)Non-Clinical days: 8.30am - 6.30pm (Mon - Tues), 8.30am - 5pm (Wed - Fri), Sat: OffQualifications: Professional Certificate/NiTec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/graduate Diplomain Dentistry, Oral Hygiene Therapy/ Nursing or equivalentRequirement:

• At least 5 years working experience in related field

• Strong team player, resilient, responsible, productive, efficient, hardworking and must be friendly

• Willing to learn and upgrade existing skills

• Required skills: MS office, Communication, Public Relations, People management, Basic Accounts and stocks

• Required language: Ability to speak more than 1 language (in order to handle queries, request and concerns

from other language speaking patients)

Job Scopes:

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Preparation of instruments/ equipment and patients/parents for procedures

• Assist doctor in procedures

• Dental Lab Work (eg. Model pouring)

• Patients and parents management (providing instructions, preparation and signing of consent forms etc)

• Basic front office duties (eg. Phone call management)
