Showflat Assistant (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
:Working location is at Sentosa, will be hired as 1 year agency contract
- Assist with sales gallery and showflat set-up and logistics.
- Prepare sales booking documents and admin room set-up.
- Report unauthorised access and manage agents on duty to ensure they comply with showflat rules and regulations.
- Attend to reception duties and assist with walk-in enquiries, updating and recording of viewing appointments and viewing requests.
- Ensure pleasant customer experience during their viewings.
- Supervise cleaners and security guards and guide them on housekeeping preferences and operational standards set by the Management.
- Assist to co-ordinate on-site logistics between sales and marketing colleagues from HQ.
- Keep an updated on-site inventory of incoming and outgoing furniture, equipment and brochures.
- Proper upkeep of sales gallery and showflats, report defects and follow-up with IDs and contractors.
