Our client, who are specialized medical group focuses on ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care, providing advanced treatments for conditions like hearing loss, sinus issues, and sleep disorders. With a team of highly trained surgeons, they offer personalized care for both adults and children. The clinic operates across multiple locations, delivering top-quality medical services tailored to the needs of its patients.They are currently hiring for few Clinic Assistants.

• Salary details: up to $3,000
• Working Days and Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturdays: 8.30am to 1.00pm
• Location of work: Orchard

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, instant messages, SMS, and emails professionally.
• Address patient queries, manage appointments, and process referrals efficiently.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments based on clinic hours and doctor availability.
• Use clinic management software to accurately book and update patient information.
• Escalate complex cases to management or relevant departments as necessary.
• Offer guidance on insurance-related matters when required.
• Support front desk operations: registration, payments, and medication dispensing.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean and organized.
• Retrieve patient case notes when needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have at least a GCE O Level with a pass in English.
