Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Clinic Assistant | Patient Service Officer.Benefits Summary:

• Salary up $3000 (Based on experiences and qualification)

s:

• 80% Clinic Contact Centre role
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, instant messages, SMS and emails.
• Ensure all patients\' queries, appointments and referral are professionally and timely managed.
• According to clinic operating timing and doctors schedule, booking or rescheduling appointments based on caller\'s request
• Navigate clinic\'s clinical system to ensure proper and accurate booking and documentation done
• 20% Front Counter role
• Attend to patients at front counters for registration and payment
• Assist to prepare and dispense medication
• Handle any other administrative matters

Requirement

• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
