Job Highlights
- A subsidiary of Alliance Healthcare Group Limited.
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays), 9am to 1pm (Saturdays).
- Working Location: Farrer Park and/or Novena (able to travel to either work locations).
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
- Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
- Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
- Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor.
- Diploma in Nursing or relevant certifications in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant.
- Past experience in outpatient operations and/or with valid SNB Nurse Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
- Computer literacy.
- Proven track record of customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
- Weekend availability
- Clinic: 1 year (Preferred)
