Working Location: Clementi
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday,8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS
Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily operations of our GP clinic, manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel, and resources to ensure efficient day-to-day running of clinic.
Manage internal and external communications, answering queries about clinic and resolving any complaints.
Train staff on service and quality service standards and delegate tasks whenever needed, evaluate clinic team performance and look out for potentials to groom.
Manage rosters of the clinic team.
Other duties assigned by doctor from time to time.

Degree in any discipline /Diploma / GCE \'A\' Level / \'O\' Level / Higher NITEC.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in operation of a GP Clinic in permanent or leadership role.
Familiar with claims and/or usage of Clinic Assist CMS.
Ability to lead a team of full-time and part-time
Able to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays.
