Clinic Operations:

Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Usage of Clinic Assist system as the assigned patient management system
Submission of claims through various third-party platforms. Eg. CHAS/ Medisave Claim, TPAs
Provide chaperon support to Doctor
Maintain clinic cleanliness

Clinic Manager role:

Examine and resolve complaints when needed.
Identify areas for improvement and engage in work process improvement projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction at clinic level.
Support the management in operational plans of the clinic which includes preparing and analysing performance data of the clinic.
To undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management.
Engaging with the community to build the clinic. Attend monthly Clinic Manager meetings
