We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager who is passionate about service excellence, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate the front desk and clinic team to maintain high standards of customer service.
Work closely with doctors and management to implement operational and marketing initiatives.
Manage staff schedules, inventory, and procurement of medical supplies.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor clinic performance, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support business development and contribute to the clinic's growth and branding efforts.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of clinic or service operations management experience, preferably in aesthetics or healthcare.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, meticulous, and able to handle operational details efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of clinic management systems is an advantage.
