Job Description
- Novena, 5.5 days
- AWS and attractive salary package
- Friendly working environment
- Ensure safe and smooth running of the clinic
- Accompany and assist Physician for out of clinic visits to patients
- Collateclinic patient and sales statistics (extract from software) and present in PowerPoint format
- Uploadarticles and clinic updates on social media platform
- Contact vendors with regards to ordering of medicine, needles, IT matters etc
- Other matters pertaining to operations of the clinic :
- Responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments
- Registration of patients, dispensing herbs/medications and payment collection
- General administrative duties in clinic such as manage office supplies
- Dip/Deg with min 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge (Power Point, social media etc)
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm), Wednesday half day (9am to 1pm), closed on Sunday and Public Holiday
