Salary: $3000 - $4500(Depends on experience) + CommissionsClinic Manager / Beauty Sales Manager (Aesthetic Industry)We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven beauty sales manager to lead our sales team within the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aesthetic products and services, and a proven track record in sales management. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.:

• Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
• Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic\'s aesthetic products and services
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of working experience as a Beauty Sales Manager or similar role.
