Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Establish and uphold standards and objectives for managed outlets. \xc2\xb7 Oversee operations to ensure optimal efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Address issues creatively and practically. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate team performance using key metrics and implement improvements. \xc2\xb7 Report regularly to the Operations Manager on progress and issues. \xc2\xb7 Optimize clinics\xe2\x80\x99 operations to meet monthly targets for success. \xc2\xb7 Assist Senior Management in decisions regarding expansion and clinic acquisition. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of managed outlets. \xc2\xb7 Improve the overall Customer Service Level. \xc2\xb7 Arrange staff induction and training; monitor staff records, including leave and sick days. \xc2\xb7 Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Area Manager Requirements:
