• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic
• Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Review, standardize and streamline workflow and processes
• Manage all administrative functions and reports
• Oversee, recruit and coach a team of dental nurses
• Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management
• Marketing planning and execution of promotions
• Management and negotiation with suppliers, Inventory Management
• Manage customer enquiries and other customer service/operational issues
• Business Development
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

• Can-do attitude and positive demeanour, a people person
• Diploma/Degree in Management Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory & operations management, and Business Development experience
• Candidates with healthcare/hospital work experience will have an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
