Responsibilities

The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. As the Cloud Communication Service Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for the following:

• Purchase SMS, voice and email related service. Take charge of sourcing, procurement and Vendor management

• Maintain and optimize relationship with global partners, aiming for building a strong vendor network

• Compliance with operation team on solving daily problems, evaluate and improve suppliers performance
  

• Have a good understanding on global Communication Service, know about sms route types and operation rules in each country.

• Familiar with sip trunking service and regulation requirement of local authority. More than 3 years of work experience on IT\Communication industry related is better

• Know about procurement system and process, have sense of cost control

• Have basic data analysis ability and own senses of product manager. Willing to further explore market trends, compliance other departments on product upgrade.

• Take charge of business negotiation with international telcos.
