Our client, a Japanese clinic that provides medical services is looking for a Clinic Receptionist who will be responsible for supporting the business' reception and administrative tasks.
【What they are working on】
Attend to patients for registration,
Appointment-taking
Providing guidance,
Answering inquiries.
Perform temperature measurements for patients and visitors.
Handle telephone calls and emails.
Requirement
【What they are looking for】
Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) in order to liaise with Japanese patients and doctors.
Possesses working experience in front-line customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work on rotating shifts and on Saturdays.
Working experience in hospital/medical center operations is an advantage.
Working Hour
8:30 ~ 17:30
