To do this we are looking for someone with empathy and enthusiasm , who loves working with people and willing to go the extra mile for patients to make them comfortable. You will handle registration and discharge (dispensing medication, collecting payment, arrange appointments and provide reminders, etc.) and submit lab cases , as well as insurance/other claims for them. You will be the touch point for patient enquiries (be it in person, on the phone or by WhatsApp), and ensure that patient records and other supplies are in order. You will have to make sure the clinic environment is kept clean and welcoming. There will be admin duties to be carried out, and we will need someone who is pro-active and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. The environment is dynamic so you should be meticulous and able to multi-task . You don't need to have experience in a clinic, but you do need to be keen to learn . It's a 5-day work week, but you should also be willing to work on weekends and evenings. If you think you'll be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
