Job Description


Summary

You will build and execute the coherent clinical education and marketing strategy of the Women\xe2\x80\x99s Health and X-ray (WHXR) Product portfolio, including product marketing, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and reference site management, customer experience, competency of the internal and Channel partner teams, adoption of new technologies to support the growth of the business and deliver outcomes.

This role will involve substantial direct client contact to build client engagement and define solutions reflecting their needs and therefore requires deep clinical and product marketing expertise in the Women\xe2\x80\x99s Health and / or X-ray domain coupled with an ability to engage all persona within customer segment with a high degree of credibility and authority. In addition, it requires strong influencing and collaborative skills to engage with stakeholders across GEHC\xe2\x80\x99s business to leverage resources to enable the creation and execution of a coordinated campaign and the development of differentiated outcome-based solutions in line with the voice of customer.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partner effectively with the regional and zone product leaders, commercial teams, product applications, and marketing team to develop compelling clinical marketing content and engagement strategies such as involvement in impactful association of tradeshows, GE Led symposiums, webinars, workshops, whitepapers, etc. to achieve desired outcomes
  • Build marketing plans/strategy in conjunction with product managers for the WHXR portfolio based on customer needs and industry trends
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing teams on new Product/Solution launches as well adoption of these new technologies
  • Drive clinical evidence generation using regional installed base at KOL sites
  • Build and nurture KOLs and show sites, work closely with KOLs in creation of marketing material, testimonials and regional image gallery
  • Provide Zone product specialist and sales team with clinical competitive analysis (strength/weaknesses) regarding product performance, technology as well as clinical implications
  • Assist and moderate speaker panels during industry symposium or local/regional promotional events
  • Maintain & increment an AKA- wide image database that concentrates the best clinical cases to showcase clinical outcomes potential
  • Pre-sales support, participating in sales presentations, consulting with technologists and physicians to optimize utilization, and providing follow up visits to IB customers as needed
  • Act as focal point for product team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests
  • Partner with Portfolio Marketing team and other business units to provide clinical insights and support in the development of Integrated Value Proposition for care area initiatives
  • Contribute to building commercial strategy and product configuration based on clinical customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • Establish and drive relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all customers & relevant stakeholders. Engage with key opinion leaders on progress made and gain consensus on next steps/actions
  • Support customer applications and training as needed for new technologies and also provide training and competency upskilling for the applications team
  • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Research-Commercial policies, Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Radiography, Medical Physics, Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years or related experience in the healthcare sector
  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
  • Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
  • Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
  • Technical and Clinical expertise in Imaging modalities, Mammography backgrounds preferred
  • Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development
  • Previous experience working with channel partners is preferred
  • Team oriented \xe2\x80\x93 ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers in a way that ensures understanding and impact
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
