One of our clients is currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join their technology team. They are a global organization recognized as one of the largest sovereign wealth funds, dedicated to long-term investment strategies aimed at preserving and enhancing the international purchasing power of entrusted funds. They are currently looking for an experienced Cloud Consultant to join their team to provide high-level cloud strategies that would contribute to the development of their cloud-native architecture.

As a Cloud Consultant, your responsibility will include:

Developing application modernization roadmaps and pathways to leverage appropriate cloud services and architecture within the hybrid cloud ecosystem.

Defining cloud and infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals.

Identifying opportunities to enhance current cloud services, platforms, and architecture in accordance with business objectives and cost optimization targets, working closely with business stakeholders.

Providing guidance to project teams in selecting appropriate cloud platforms and services and collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth migration processes.

Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cloud and infrastructure strategy, ensuring successful adoption of cloud-native solutions and achieving desired business outcomes.

A suitable candidate would have the following experience:

Experience in implementing hybrid cloud solutions, overseeing application modernization initiatives, and managing cloud migration projects

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing infrastructure automation tools and scripting languages

Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure platforms, utilizing microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud infrastructure

Proficiency in cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and extensive experience in automating application through DevOps and CI/CD practices

Project Management experience with strong communication and stakeholders management skills
