We are hiring Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (SFMC) to work on a project with our client in the financial sector, helping their Digital Content team by developing Salesforce marketing cloud automation solutions.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent degree;
• Have minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce and 2 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform;
• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem;
• Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, API integrations, JavaScript, SQL, AMPscript, JSON, and guided template language;
• Good experience in creating and maintaining documentation of technical specifications, test plans, and delivery;
• Advanced experience in building and maintaining integrations between SFMC and other CRM systems;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Good Team player and service oriented mindset with collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement gathering, analysis ,development and implementation of the Salesforce systems;;
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions;
• Create queries to identify customer attributes, agent attributes, channels, events, behavioral patterns, and lifestyle triggers;
• Involved with the SFMC infrastructure team while building and maintaining integrations between SFMC and other CRM systems;
• Configure email and SMS journeys with dynamic templates, interactivity, and mobile responsiveness, including conversational SMS experiences;
• Responsible for building and testing of marketing campaigns;
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to roll out releases and features based on business priorities.
