Discover Love at Grand Park City Hall.Job Responsibilities Ensure pre-arrival preparations are carried out for all reserved bookings for the day. Carry out detailed checks of rooms assigned to arriving guests to ensure proper set up of rooms. Ensure check-in and check-out are done according to Hotel's procedures. Build rapport with regular / repeat guests and maintain a proper trace system and history to track information of the guests. Conduct detailed check of breakfast setup and cocktail setup to ensure that they are according to the established standards. Ensure inventory of stocks and equipments are kept up to the established par levels for smooth operations. Update all reading materials in the Club Lounge. Provide constant feedback for improvement of facilities and services of the Crystal Club concept and operations. Follow up on guest feedback and provide information to related departments on any guest incident. Responsible for guest satisfaction level through the implementation of existing procedures and improved systems where necessary. Perform any other job tasks as assigned.Job Requirements At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented. Knowledge of Opera system is an added advantage.
