Job Description


We are currently working with a leading developer with a diverse portfolio of retail malls, committed to providing exceptional shopping and entertainment experiences to our customers. With a strong presence in the retail industry, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Cluster Head of Marketing for our West Zone retail mall portfolio to be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and contribute to the overall success of our retail properties. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a crucial role in shaping the retail experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase customer engagement, and optimize revenue generation for the West Zone retail malls.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the leasing team to understand tenant needs and align marketing efforts to support their objectives.
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations to attract a diverse range of shoppers and enhance customer loyalty.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and vendors to ensure effective and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including advertisements, signage, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing, retail, and technology to ensure our malls remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as operations, facilities management, and leasing teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Key Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role within the retail or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
- Flexibility to travel between properties within the West Zone portfolio.
