Job Description
Role Summary
1 Perform set-up and operate the CNC machines
2 Perform self-inspection of machined parts
Responsibilities / Duties / / Job Scope
1 Ability to operate CNC / manual machines to produce parts accordingly to MO and drawing specification
2 Willing to learn and work on different CNC and manual machines 3 To care and do monthly maintenance check on machine (i.e. identify faults and immediate report to Supervisor)
4 To ensure products produced are of highest quality standard
5 Data scanning/entry to M3 for job hours clocking on machining product.
6 Changing of cutting tools and fixture when perform set up in CNC machine.
7 Ensure all dimensions inspected during "in process" inspection are correct and recorded.
8 Ensure working area meeting our 5S standard
9 To follow CDI safe work
Procedure and proper housekeeping.

1 Be proactive and with high ownership towards this daily responsibilities /works
Good working attitude and able to communicate with other department.
Ability to obtain multiskilled to handle other challenging work demands and tight schedules.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
