DescriptionJob Summary:

• Salary: UP TO $2,800
• Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Seletar
• AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare program with the understanding of drawing details, customer specifications and requirements.
• Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production team to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
• Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
• Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generated as per company QSM and engineering SOP.
• Assist to review and approve of all program sheets.
• Assist in any other duties as necessary.

Job Requirement:

• SPM/Nitec/Higher/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Machinist or relevant
• Familiar with the application of CAD/CAM Software, Solidworks and PLC Programming
• Hands-on experience in Fusion360 will be advantage
• Interpretation of BOM and Drawings
• Good knowledge in milling tooling and machining process
• Minimum 3 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 2 years experiences in 4 - 5 axis programming.
