Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude, promptly attend to customers' queries.
Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality standards.
Stay informed about menu offerings, coffee bean origins and brewing methods. Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their cafe experience.
Calibrate machines daily to maintain product standards and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace according to hygiene, safety and food handling standards.
Receive and check inventory and perishables. Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Support the team with opening and closing tasks.
Report to Cafe Manager.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B.
Background in coffee is preferred.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
