Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve hot/iced chai, coffee, and cafe beverages.
Operate espresso machine (basic coffee knowledge required).
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (SFA).
Assist with cafe operations (cashiering, light food plating, stock prep).
? Requirements
Barista / cafe experience required -- must know how to use an espresso machine.
Interest in chai, coffee, and cafe culture.
Positive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit to weekends / peak hours.
WSQ Food Hygiene cert required
Must be able to travel to Simei
