Job Description

Effective implement standard operating procedures and monitoring across all 3rd party cold storages (hubs) in the assigned cluster.
Lead storage personnel in the assigned cluster to fulfill reporting requirements, highlighting performance standards and mentor the team to exceed performance expectations and accountability.
Conduct regular hub visits within the assigned cluster to check on hub operations personnel and 3rd party operating procedures. Manage all activities and supervise personnel in the following but not limited to: receiving , storing (put away), picking scheduling and dispatching activities in all company storages.
Check and maintain all hub operation reports in the assigned cluster. Ensure proper delegation of tasks and aid in controlling inventory by supporting physical counts with audit team to reconcile reports with internal transfer documents.
Monitor movements to and from storages ensuring proper receipt of goods and flag questionable movements. Cross-check consistency between cold storage reports versus internal team reports and reconcile and misalignments.
Manage and monitor 3rd party truckers in all cold storages in the assigned cluster, plan out routes and clustering to optimize distribution of company products.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years warehouse management experience
College graduate
With Solid foundation of experience on inventory management and data analysis
Outstanding problem solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Can Drive a Car due to the position will roving in South Luzon Area
Emphasis on accuracy and strong attention to detail.
