Meet the Cluster Head KPIs, which include projects, segmentation, risk management & compliance, and personnel. Achieve Total Weighted New Sales (TWNS) and New Business Embedded Value financial goals (NBEV) Create and create agency-wide and regional sales strategies and campaigns to boost revenue. Actively engage in exercises in strategic planning Provide frequent business reporting Participate in agency events where motivating speeches may be required, as well as serve as a representative at business events. Represent the department in meetings and engagements involving other departments and organizations. Effectively manage the Cluster team, which consists of the Product Managers, Business Support Staff, and Business Development Managers, and communicate with them frequently. Cooperate closely with the Head of Agency Business Development and the other Cluster Heads to meet Company and Division goals. As a member of the leadership team, collaborate with important stakeholders to proactively shape the company's culture and foster a work environment that is consistent with its Core Values. Promote the department's or division's values and behaviour standards. Be responsible for taking adequate precautions to reduce business and regulatory compliance risks. Keep up with market developments on legal compliance, new threats, and technological advancements to better assess risk and protect the company. Draw attention to any potential issues or dangers and proactively discuss optimal risk-management techniques. Oversee and promote growth with a greater variety and depth of agencies. Proven professional maturity and the capacity to work with stakeholders and the salesforce to resolve complicated problems. Requirements A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required. 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience Partnership, marketing, and/or sales campaign management experience Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and dealing with unanticipated changes in expectations and/or requirements Solid commercial acumen, with a clear analytical approach and a knack for statistics Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities High level of ethics, work accountability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork Take effort to improve the current condition of affairs and be adaptive to future developments
