Up to $16,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits Permanent position, stationing in Singapore permanently. Base in Asia Pacific HQ, 5 workdays. East area Experience in Regional & Local commercial projects and/or Data centre projects preferred. Reputable MNC & Leading A1 Main contractor!Our Client, a reputable MNC and leading A1 Main contractor diverse in building, civil and infrastructure projects.Job Responsibilities: Reporting to GM Advisory & supervisory to corporate HQ & overseas branch office on contracts & legal matters, risk & compliance, developing procedures, timeline, strategical approach to internal & external stakeholders/ parties including overseas branch office, Clients, Consultants, Suppliers, Authorities. Provide support in tender and oversee contractual & commercial aspect of all upcoming and ongoing projects in Asia Pacific region including conducting risk assessment and providing risk mitigation measures/ solutions. Planning and goal setting including commercial strategy in tenders, contracts proposals. Reviewing project documents including identifying critical issues and risks, carrying out and supervising audit on all contractual, procurement and claim related issues. Oversee Procurement, Contract, VOs, COs, EOTsJob Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Building or Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. Experience in construction Building, Commercial, and/or Data centre projects preferred.
