MAN Energy Solutions Singapore was established in 1977 and employs today a staff of around 200. We have an office in Singapore, as well as a workshop and a logistics centre. We are currently searching for a Commercial & Contract Manager responsible for: Job Responsibilities

• Pursue commercial and contract management activities autonomously and independently mainly in the APAC region, but also worldwide
• Intensive cooperation and interface management with the legal, export control, tax, finance and insurance department
• Be compliant and further develop the sales and contract management processes
• Assess and quantify commercial and legal risks
• Analyze and deviate international tenders, set up and adapt contracts and other legal documents (e.g. LOls, MOUs, NDAs) according to internal company requirements and templates and conduct commercial negotiations with customers and others (e. g. consortium partners) up to the contract signature
• Create and analyze the project cash flow
• Take care of bank securities, to be issued or to be received
• High willingness to travel on short notice

Job requirements

• Master degree or diploma in business administration, industrial engineering, law, science or similar qualification
• Expertise in the aforementioned disciplines not belonging to the main education
• Several years of working experience in contract and/or claim management
• Thinking and acting with a strong entrepreneurial and cost-conscious attitude
• Strong analytical, independent and result-oriented working
• Strong technical and commercial interests and understanding facts in this areas
• Experience with technically-oriented and contractually-minded customers, consortium partners and suppliers
• Command of English in speech and writing, additional languages would be of advantage
• Tough personality with internal and external customers and decision makers
• Ability to motivate him-/herself and others and a high level of comprehension
• Ability to penetrate complex facts and contexts
• Significant independent working methods and self-initiative on a high level
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
