Manage SME & ME product & programs covering business loans, deposits, FX, mortgages and revolving credit facilities to achieve portfolio & income growth targets
Engage stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Group Commercial Banking, Operations, Compliance to ensure product structure adequately meets business, regulatory & credit risk standards
Design, implement & own product processes to ensure efficiency is achieved for business and continually review processes for areas of enhancements
To track & monitor product performances and robustly propose enhancements to improve product effectiveness
To work with marketing team in understanding market competition and build brand of CIMB in the SME & ME market, through formulating & driving campaigns to increase uptake of products.
To manage all strategic alliances and plan regular events/panels/talks/webinars to share product details & market information
To monitor and be responsible for the reporting of ESG, Fixed and SORA loans
