Customer Contracts Database administration:- Supports DSC APAC country customer contracts database administrators
- Implements and maintains data quality initiatives
- Supports training
Directors Risk Assessment & iRISK database administration:
- Supports collection and collation of commercial risks and opportunities, as reported by DSC APAC Risk Owners
- Supports reporting process
- Liaises with global reporting team to meet corporate reporting deadlines
- Supports training
Commercial Risk Management
- Supports the customer contracts Risk Assessment and Pricing initiative
- Supports the customer claims administration process
- Supports the training administration process
- Supports the negotiation process
- Supports the BCA alignment process
- Provides training administration
Job Requirements
- University graduate with strong commercial/financial/legal academic training/background
- Strong interpersonal skills such as effective communication, confidence and empathy
- Negotiation skills
- Proactive and adaptable
- Effective administrative support skills; such as attention to details, good follow-through skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
