[What the role is]
As a Management Support Officer (MSO) in ITE College West\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Relations Department, you will be responsible for providing customer service support as well as administrative work at the College\'s Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC) and/or call center.
[What you will be working on]
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries at the College\'s Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC) and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone call or via email
- Process applications, forms, transactions and other requests, such as preparing letters (counter only).
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
[What we are looking for]
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Word and Excel) and internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome etc.)
- Besides English, the ability to converse efficiently in a second language (e.g. Mandarin, Tamil or Malay) and having relevant customer service experience would be an advantage.
- Responsible and alert individual with a cheerful deposition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
