Commercial Customer Success (Banking / Central / Up to $4000) JOB DESCRIPTION * Calling into run-rate customers for Q3 and Q4 renewals. * Will be aligned with the Renewals Executive who is the Commercial Customer Success (Banking / Central / Up to $4000) JOB DESCRIPTION Calling into run-rate customers for Q3 and Q4 renewals. Will be aligned with the Renewals Executive who is the current POC. The idea being that our small seat caller will review currently turned-off Auto Renewal and Expired credit card as they are at risk of churn. The intent is to first understand how we can get the customer to turn back their Auto-Renewal as well update credit card to ensure we have a valid one on file The pipeline our small seat caller will be required to call will be provided by Renewals Executive/Renewals Specialist. SFDC tagging, DR GC and Pelican are tools to be optimized. The calls are to be made at least 2 to 4 weeks prior to expiry as well during the Payment error grace period of 30 days After the first call to the customer, the small seat caller will follow it up with an email template to provide guidance on how to turn-on Auto-Renewal or update credit card. After completing eStore customers depending on agreed threshold, the small seat caller will work on run-rate under Resellers and Distributor. Any request for quote will be sent to the Partner on record copying the Distributor Dicker Data together with the Renewals Executive/Specialist Attempts and Connected calls will be tracked thru SFDC as the Small Seat caller is to log every activity on the SFDC AIR.
