Commercial Excellence Manager ES APAC




The Commercial Excellence Manager works with ES APAC countries on commercial excellence activities to ensure effective business planning, operations and reporting.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the deployment and effective utilization of CRM to drive customer engagement and build our customer databases as assets.
• Work with country teams to develop customer segmentation models and utilize these for effective campaign and sales team focus.
• Engage with the global Commercial Excellence team to develop and implement tools and processes.
• Support service model optimization strategy, guiding countries in segmentation and prioritization of distribution channels.
• Support country teams in sound pricing strategy. Coordinate regional pricing strategy, track price across segments and region to ensure price balancing.
• Use data analytics to drive consistent measurement & improvement.
• Work with countries to regularly review their portfolio & engage in proactive lifecycle management.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Marketing or related field.
• 7-10 years prior commercial (marketing and sales) experience.
• CRM experience required.
• Solid understanding of the marketing mix and of the sales function.
• Demonstrated creative & conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Ability to lead stakeholders through challenges & opportunities.
• Strong strategic, analytical & negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead & influence activities of cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
