About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager for Department Stores & Perfumeries to join the Singapore Luxury team. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager for Singapore, this is a critical role that will be responsible for re-shaping and expanding the retail footprint of Coty's brands within the chain and perfumery space.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gradually shifting customers' mindset from "traditional trading" to "concept selling" for more elevated in-market presence and sales quality
  • Developing promotional plans in conjunction with Marketing, aimed at driving sell-in and sell-out in DS and perfumeries
  • Planning and budgeting for launches and promotions: this includes monthly demand forecasting, supply management, pricing analysis and A&CP planning and tracking
  • Continuously improve in-store visibility by negotiating additional and/or better counters, and retailer support
  • Capture sales opportunities through close customer partnership such as listing of new brands or brand lines, expansion to new doors
  • Reviewing brand performance, and devising actions as required to accelerate or catch-up to commercial targets
  • P&L management up to C2 / Product Contribution.
  • Providing valuable insights to local, regional and global teams on brand and competitor performance, as well as perfumery retail landscape and trends
  • Working with multi-party, internal and external stakeholders for seamless, 360 sales execution
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of sales and key account experience, preferably in Luxury Beauty, within the Singapore domestic market
  • Significant recent experience with perfumery accounts such as Mustafa and Beauty Language, and a strong understanding of perfumery and retail drumbeat in Singapore.
  • A proven track record of successful collaboration with customers, resulting in strong commercial results
  • Resilient and organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial, agile and results-oriented for commercial delivery and proactive risk-management
  • Team player, ability to develop effective working relationships both internally & externally, and excel in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
