Commercial Executive

Job description:

Focal point for preparation of techno-commercial Quotation packages, including bills of material, cost estimates and coordinating order execution, primarily for Surface Technologies (wellheads, x-mas trees. pressure control, production systems, integrated solutions and related services). Collaborates with internal and external customers to win orders and execute them successfully.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategy

Coordinate ITT review and executes quote prep in line with agreed strategy. * Execution

Focal point for preparation and submission of quotations. Coordinates order execution.
Review tender requirements and coordinate with relevant functions (Sales & Aftermarket, Engineering, Planning & Procurement, QA, Legal, Finance, HSES) to gather inputs for tender preparation and submission.
Prepare Bills of Material and cost estimates. Facilitate pricing and prepare tender packages within schedule.
Submit quotations on time. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address clarifications/negotiations. Coordinate contract review with internal and external stakeholders.
Kickoff Orders with relevant stakeholders such as Engineering, Planning, QA etc. and enter Sales Orders and coordinate order execution to meet contractual requirements.
Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Order status, LDs, Warranty etc. Adhere to BPMS and HSES guidelines. * Building Capabilities

Contribute ideas to optimise and make processes easier from an operator\xe2\x80\x99s perspective.

Location: Singapore

You are meant for this job if:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\' experience in the oil and gas or related industries in tendering process with hands on knowledge of preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of material and coordinating order execution
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office suite of applications. Competent in data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills needed for interaction with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to work independently, organized and multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment with focus on meeting tight deadlines. Self-starter with drive to succeed. Team player with collaborative approach.
