• Monthly journal entry preparation for Selling cost accruals. Ensure timely and accurate recognition of accruals of trade spends.
• Track selling costs spends against budget, validating customer claims and ensuring proper documentation in place
• Tracking of customer\'s PO submissions and payments before cut-off
• Customer pricing maintenance and checks in SAP/ V2V
• Support the Commercial Finance Manager in reviewing promotional plans and evaluating post event ROIs
• Updating ROI template to reflect latest base forecast
• Prepare customer ageing report and highlighting payment dues
• Instill commercial discipline and uphold compliance standards, proactively reviewing current processes to address control deficiencies

• Monitor P&L by channel/ market/brand performance and provide insights to assist commercial team on business and financial improvement opportunities.
• Support SG pricing reviews and trade terms analysis and ensure reports in place to guide management decisions
• Providing insightful commentaries and supporting team reporting deliverables ( weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ adhoc)

• Highlight any risks and opportunities and to the Commercial Finance Manager on a timely basis
• Support the Commercial Finance Manager in developing and fine-tuning the business planning process

• Propose and post journals managing BI accruals
• Support project implementations within Singapore and Finance team
• Support business case for innovation or new business opportunities.

• Degree qualified with finance or accounting qualification and 3-5 years relevant industry experience.
• Systems/software - experience in using advanced Microsoft Excel (essential), as well as previous exposure to ERP and management reporting/consolidation systems (preferable).
• Experienced in writing succinct and insightful business performance reports, and summarizing business analysis.
• Cross Functional Working - proven experience in working proactively across commercial functions
• Fluent in English.
