About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for providing a solid business partnership with the sales, marketing and supply teams to provide decision-making support and advice around commercial strategy and objectives. With a significant part of the role focused on leading financial strategy, the Commercial Finance Manager has a vital role to play in determining the success of our business in FY24. This will be a 9 Months FTC role.

What does this role look like for you?

Business partner to senior management, providing critical analysis relating to growth strategies, current performance and inherent risks and opportunities to revenue, operating margin and cash delivery.

Analyze and provide recommendations for projects, including commercial and marketing mechanics, to increase return on investment.

Drive a solid internal controls framework through managing key control processes, including compliance and risk management, whilst identifying and executing improvement opportunities in the control framework.

Lead the development and completion of the annual planning, budgeting and monthly forecasting process in conjunction with Finance Director and other functional leads.

Complete all commercial analysis and reporting requirements accurately, robustly, practically, and timely manner.

Working collaboratively with other functions to continuously drive process simplification and efficiency to allow the team to operate at pace.

Partner and lead remote shared services team ensuring RTR, OTC & PTP processes are completed to a high standard and promptly.

Role Requirements

Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience working in a Luxury or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.

High level of accountability and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

Well-developed ability to influence stakeholders across global, regional and local roles and a strong capability in leveraging numbers to unlock insights and create compelling performance narratives.

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
