The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial IT Regional Lead, the APAC Commercial IT Cluster Lead is the business partner for Teva\'s commercial cluster stakeholders and serves as a bridge between corporate IT and the business. In this exciting role, you will have overall leadership for all IT services and projects of Teva in the commercial country cluster. You will be an excellent collaborator, working with stakeholders across functions and providing advice to the multiple commercial management teams.
With a market and customer centric vision, and a strong sense of ownership, you will drive continuous innovation when addressing IT demands to the corporate functions and through delivering cross-functional IT solutions and capabilities that supports Teva business strategy within the cluster. Alongside your IT expertise and strong business acumen, you will bring your inspirational leadership of the IT community in the cluster.
How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Spend your Day
As the APAC Commercial IT Cluster Lead, you will:
Be the stakeholder (Relationship) Management in the cluster who understands the business processes and application landscape in the area
Gather business demands and identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes and create a competitive advantage
Engage with global delivery teams and propose solutions that meet customer expectations and are in line with the IT strategy and Long Range Plan
Influence global and regional initiatives based on local business needs and priorities
Align with Regional Lead and other Cluster Leads to ensure consistency in key areas of service and delivery, and ensure standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, data harmonization and architectural compliance where possible
Have budget responsibility
Recruit, develop, inspire and retain all IT talents across ITMUs based in the country/cluster
Occasional international travel may be required
Your Experience and Qualifications
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business or IT
At least 8-10 years of IT management experience within commercial at global multinational companies
Change Management, Program and Project Management experience
Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the complex and continuously changing market dynamics
Experience with setting and managing stakeholder expectations and managing internal resource constraints effectively
Assertiveness and ability to negotiate, lead and influence others coupled with ability to communicate well at all levels within the matrix organisation
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interacts productively and amicably in a high-demand multi-user environment with users, staff, management and consultants
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
