Initiating loan disbursements; monitoring disbursement process and credit limits; ensuring all files and procedures are in compliance with government regulations and Bank policies;
Record keeping of loan related documents; conducting periodic audits of loan files;
Possess the ability to accurately interpret the Credit Agreement in determining allowance of requested transactions, and assure that all conditions of each request have been fully satisfied before authorizing the transaction.
Answer all inquiries from LOB Relationship Managers/Associates in reference to the structure and current position of the portfolio in consultation with the relationship managers.
Interact with Relationship Managers, Syndications, and other internal customers when required, both in advising them of situations and in fulfilling requests for information.
Utilizing the core Wells Fargo lending system (Loan IQ), maintain the integrity of the structure of the credit facility at the global borrower and individual level.
Responsible for the accuracy of all bookings, calculations, record keeping, documentation filing and providing explanations to borrowers/syndicate members.
Responsible to reconcile transactions for completion, address and resolve any non-balanced transactions.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced loan administrators.
Able to coordinate with the technology teams on system roll out for other branches
Work with Technology teams on system upgrades, UAT roll outs
Reviewing moderately complex legal, appraisal and title information;

Required Qualifications:
Colleague degree or above with a minimum of 5 to 7 years\' experience in Loan Admin

Fluent in both verbal and written English
