This individual will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations, developing strategic partnerships, managing contracts, and leading commercial negotiations. The Commercial Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial strategies align with corporate objectives and market demands.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.\xc2\xb7 Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Manage and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.\xc2\xb7 Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. A Master\'s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Professional qualifications related to project management, sales, or finance are advantageous.
Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the building solutions, construction, or related industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software (CRM software, financial management software).
