A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Manager like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.At Rolls-Royce, we look beyond tomorrow. We continually pioneer integrated power and propulsion solutions to deliver cleaner, safer and more competitive power.Key Accountabilities:Manage all Stakeholders accountability by actively pacing the actual progress project-results against planConduct project reviews and prepare progress reports to keep internal stakeholders informedContinuously identifies/tracks/manages commercial risks and opportunities together with the project-teamParticipate and minute all project meetings and track through them continuouslyTrack project cost regularly to meet budgetSupports development of and management of a rolling financial forecast for project-system-businessValidate cost set up for tender submissionsCompute related financial KPI analysis for tender submissionsMust be flexible and able to manage tight deadlinesExperience in working in high paced, global, matrixed industrial organizationsExtensive and proven ability to work in various functions of Finance, Accounting and Business Strategy.Excellent knowledge of project management, financial systemsExperience in working with global project-teamsKnowledge of power solution industry is an added advantageQualifications and Skills:Min in Diploma in Business/ Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Financial equivalent professional certification fieldsAt least 3 years of working experience in project controllingProficient in in SAP, MS Office and BI toolsFluent EnglishUnderstand Asian cultural differences and business practices and can resolve conflicts effectivelyAble to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously.
