This role involves leading tender submissions, managing client relationships, and overseeing contract negotiations to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Bidding and Tender Management: Lead preparation and submission of tenders, develop competitive pricing strategies, and coordinate with internal teams for tender inputs.Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance. Manage disputes and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct client visits, and act as the main point of contact for commercial matters.Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract and commercial management in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with tender submissions and bidding.
• Knowledge of transportation engineering, power services, or related fields is a plus.
