• Formulating procurement strategy and preparation of work package breakup for subcontracts and suppliers
• Implementation of Company procurement procedure
• Pre-qualification of suitable subcontractors and suppliers for the project
• Ensures proper preparation of and completeness of subcontractor/supplier tender documents
• Reviewing scope definition documents and interfaces to remove ambiguity and scope gaps
• Reviewing queries by bidders and responses to ensure clarity and alignment with Company\'s expectations
• Bid price analysis and review of bidder submissions
• Internal alignment on selection of bidders and final negotiations
• Managing and aligning the cost of packages against approved budgets
• Preparation of recommendation reports for approval to commit to subcontractor/suppliers
• Preparation of Letters of Award and Contract Documents
• Providing bid price information to the Estimating Team

• Alignment with Client on all commercial and finance processes
• Tracking, receiving, and storing bonds, insurances, and warranties
• Implementing project change management, payment, and cost control procedures
• Ensuring effective post-contract administration of projects
• Ensuring understanding and compliance with Head Contract terms
• Working closely with Project Managers and Clients
• Liaising and establishing rapport with Project Team, Clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitoring, reviewing, and responding to contractual communications
• Escalating and seeking advice from Legal Counsel on contentious issues
• Proactively resolving contractual and commercial issues
• Commercial, Suppliers, Subcontracts, Contracts

• Experience in Engineering or Construction Industry
• Experience in engineering or construction industry
• Experience in handling similar projects in excess of 10 million USD
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Sciences/Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with SIA form of contract, PSSCOC & other international form of contract.
• Must be able to comprehend construction drawings, project specifications.
• Familiar with the local subcontractor & supplier network / obtain information through active networking with colleagues and Company database.
