Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Degree with 3 years working experience
  • Team leading experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Jobs Scope:
  • Assist in supporting Sales Team in achieving Sales Quotas and KPI goals set by management
  • Identify potential growth areas from other regions
  • Work with various functions to assist to identify and improve on the planning, and implementation of (business) development/change programs, policies, processes, standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with Sales Team to pitch in new businesses and upsell to existing/new clients
  • Generate, interpret & analyse daily, monthly reports to track and identify with reports on gaps to achieve sales forecasts and recommend ways to rectify and improve sales performance and profitability
  • Keep track on the completion and profitability of swap deals
  • Eliminate or minimise system intrusion by analysing daily reports to detect abnormal or suspicious activities/influx of abnormal traffic
  • Assist, validate on any arise billing disputes and liaise with various departments to close any gaps
  • CDR tracking for complaint issues due to rates/billing/time zone difference.
  • Provide L2 operational support and overseeing NOC engineers
  • Work with network/switch vendors to resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues
  • Manage and monitor network, server utilization and performance with team of NOC engineers
  • Interface with cross-functional teams (Sales, NOC engineers, Finance, and Management) to resolve related issues
  • Customers and partners facing to provide recommendation and resolve issues.
  • To assist in other adhoc duties as & when assigned
