Job Description

Full-Time Commis



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, plate, and present dishes as directed by the Senior Chef. Accurately measure ingredients and meal components. Receive and check deliveries to ensure products are of high quality and delivered on time. Prepare basic condiments, salads, and sauces. Assist with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, and seasoning meats. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by thoroughly sanitising all workstations and cleaning down after service. Wash and store kitchen tools and equipment properly. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing the Purchasing Manager of low or depleted items. Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to part-time staff.

Working Hours:



Monday, Friday & Saturday:

3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tuesday & Wednesday:

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Thursday:

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sunday:

9:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen team. Support with washing, cleaning, and sanitising kitchen tools, utensils, and work areas. Help ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
