Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen team in daily food preparation.
Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping, peeling, marinating, and mise en place.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
Support the smooth running of the kitchen during service.
Learn and apply culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.
Requirements
Some prior kitchen experience or culinary school training is preferred (not mandatory).
Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good time management and attention to detail.
